Crust:
Crush graham crackers in large mixing bowl, add almonds, and melted butter and stir almost to a paste. Pour into a 9” spring form pan and pat down evenly.
Filling:
Add 2 8 oz packages of cream cheese into mixing bowl and mix on slow. While mixing slowly add in 3 eggs, sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla and chilled whipping cream until no lumps. Add melted chocolate chips return to mixer until well mixed then add melted butter. Pour batter into 9” spring form pan and smooth the top of the mix so that finished product comes out smooth and flat. Gently bounce pan to bring all air bubbles to the top so there are no bubbles in the center.
When done chill for 24 hours in the refrigerator.
Separate the sides of the cheesecake with a knife so the sides of the pan come off easily.
Topping:
Add sugar and a little vanilla to sour cream in a bowl and stir and lightly spread on top of the cheese cake. Drizzle bitter sweet chocolate on top. Place back in refrigerator for an hour to allow the chocolate to settle. When ready, add some raspberries as a garnishment and enjoy.
PDFCleaning With Lunch
Pour salt on a sliced lemon and rub on your stainless steel faucets to clean and shine them.
Mix 1/2 vinegar to 1/2 part water. For a grease cutting cleaner that also works great on glass.

Olive oil makes a great moisturizer. The natural oil absorbs into your skin fast and keeps your hands from drying out.
PDFWrapping Paper
Start with a basic paper like a grocery bag or white butcher paper.
Decide on a theme (or example Fall Wrapping Paper)
Take your paper and spray it with a background color to give it a little zip and texture. Remember leave a little of the background paper color showing.
Then pick a shape like a leaf for example. A perfect idea for the fall theme and use it as a stencil to spray over the paper in a different color than the background to display the shapes and reveal the design.
Once your paper is designed wrap your gift and decorate it with some of you leaves that you used as a stencil and color them differently as you wish.
Once you have the decorations pasted, glued or taped to the gift package use something that fits the design as a ribbon. In our case we can use a ruff stirring or strands of long grass as the ribbon.
